At the heart are three pathways; Reclaim, Express and Transform. Each one builds a different kind of strength. Together, they unlock seven inner keys; skills that bring real clarity, confidence, and freedom.

    Hi, I am Jon, and as I walk you through the way I coach I’ll share how important these keys have been in my journey of self-discovery.

    Path 1: Reclaim

    We begin here, not by fixing anything—but by reconnecting with the parts of you that were never broken.

    We focus on:

    • key 1: Safety – Your nervous system must feel safe to grow.

      It took me a lifetime to realise that safety is the cornerstone that enables real change. Without it I kept repeating the same patterns. I would put others first, tuning down my needs, not expressing what I needed in work, relationships, in life.

    • Key 2: Presence – Without it, you’re reacting. With it, you have choice to respond rather than react to life. It’s how you stay connected to your body, even when things feel hard.

      Until I started breathwork I spent most of my time in my head - disconnected from my body, my feelings muted. Reconnecting to my body has been a revelation, I feel more alive, more connected, more myself.

    These keys are your roots. No deep change happens without them.

    Path 2: Express

    Once you have the foundation of safety and presence it gives you the capacity to start to express your needs more. With clarity and confidence.

    You build:

    • Key 3: Courage – The quiet kind that moves forward, even when afraid, one step at a time.

      It took me a long time to realise I didn’t need to push myself into situations were I froze, panicked and shut down. With self-awareness I developed the ability to step into ‘uncomfortableness’. A space where growth happens without overwhelm.

    • Key 4: Connection – Not just with others, but with yourself.

      One of the most profound skills I learned in therapy training was what Carl Rodger’s called ‘unconditional positive regard’ . To hold space with another where you let go of projecting your story. You accept them for who they are, and let them speak without judgement. This takes practice but the rewards are many. When you have a soul level connection with another who feels seen it is deeply healing.

    • Key 5: Voice – Means speaking your truth with calm clarity even when you shake.

      One of the hardest things in my therapy training was having to speak up in large groups. My heart would pounds, I would go bright red and I would sweat buckets and speak as little as possible. This all changed one evening session where we had to stand up and present to the group of 40 classmates. I was nervous to start but as I read the poem I chose ‘Self Portrait’ by David Whyte something unlocked inside me as I spoke the words. I felt their power expressed through me, to touch hearts to move people.

    This is where people-pleasing ends. And self-respect begins.

    Path 3: Transform

    This is the shift from inner work to outer change.

    You gain:

    • Key 6: Vision – You stop scattering your energy. You start focusing it. You know what matters, and what doesn’t.

      For years I remember asking what do I want to do in life? I drifted doing work that I didn’t really love. It was during my first breathwork intensive I got the insight of a life path that excited me. Where I did the things I love such as coaching that gave people the power and clarity to become the most free and authentic versions of themselves.

    • Key 7: Flow – When your energy, values, and actions align, life opens up.

      This is the true calling of what I have been working towards in my life - to experience this flow more and more in what I do - it’s a joy, a freedom I love. It’s taken many winding paths, but I finally feel home where I can truly trust myself and trust life.

    This is where alignment happens - you become authentically yourself.
