If you are reading this and are new to breathwork, we strongly recommend you attend a workshop or have a one-to-one session before you start self-practice.
If you have experienced a conscious connected breathwork session and want to keep things going, starting with a regular 5-minute daily practice is a great way to go. You can then build your practice from there
Kelly and I have created a free short audio for a 5-minute breath session to help you with your practice. This audio will help you practice the rhythm and tempo of the conscious connected breath. Feel free to do more than 5 minutes as your experience grows.

While it's great to have a regular breath practice of 5-10 minutes, it's important to have longer sessions, too. Attending workshops like breath circles is a good idea to deepen your practice further.
On our Spotify page, you can find breathwork music playlists from our workshops. You can use these to create your own playlist from songs you connect with.
As general guidance in a breath session, for three-quarters of the session, you can choose higher-energy songs for the active part and select slower, more peaceful songs for the integration phase at the end of your session.
